Las máquinas están en buen estado, buen ambiente , pero la atención no es tan buena y solo hablan Inglés.

They are stealing from the customers you leave washing the clothes and they give you a receipt of the highest that you have taken and paid before, I noticed the error and then they gave me the original receipt, it is the second time it happens to me but now I looked at the date and the amount that was made and corrected it, be very careful check the weight and date of your packages of clothes

Poor service. Clothes are just stuffed in the machine without separating them or making sure they’re not bundled up. Too many drop offs which means your clothes is not handled with care. Missing socks! I’m definitely not coming back to this laundromat again.

This is the best laundromat in Richmond hills,really clean all new washers and dryers.

I place a order for laundry pick up I have a confirmation an no one reach out to me ! After numerous attempts via emails an phone call the response from the owner was I am busy for the weekend . Very unprofessional .
