I have never had such a horrible experience buying a refrigerator as I did here! My refrigerator stopped working and I was given the run around for the service to be done. They finally came and picked up the refrigerator and sent it out to their repair shop. When the “fixed” refrigerator was returned it was covered in black mold and was never fixed. Finally, Lauren was able to help me out and get a new refrigerator. Again this one is broke too. I have been stuck with this one for months now not being able to keep anything in the freezer. I have lost food over 10 times over this whole ordeal. When the new refrigerator came Robert came to my house and said he needed to order a part to get it running correct. It has now been months since anyone has came to fix it. In the mean time I have Jamal coming to my house asking for my last payment but all this was cleared away but they still say I have a balance and I still have a broke refrigerator. I will never ever buy anything ever from here again! I will never recommend someone to buy from here again. This was by far the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Very good customer service. I highly recommend to anyone! Sometimes, my paycheck ends up being late and they work with me. They are such great staff members. Even though I am never late on any of my payments, they always help me in ANY way possible. I have no clue why they are getting bad reviews, but I hope it all gets better for those people!

Horrible staff. Too lazy to update their system so they rudely disrespected a good paying customer and never apologized for their mistake. Took my issue to the district manager, because the regional manager told a us it was fine if we never shopped there again, he handled our issue poorly, and never apologized for his staff's ignorance. Was a good customer for more than 2 years and this new staff is plainly rude. The store manager (spanish female) looks like she just rolled out of bed and came to work to yawn, she looked sloppy, and very unprofessional. Take your money to Rent-A-Center, this brand doesn't deserve good customers.

The staff are kind for the most part Jamal being always a pleasure to deal with. Another staff member thinks he's hard and got caught trying to screw me around one day, I do not know if he is still employed there. He made all attempts to hide what he did after exposure.
One thing I would change if I could is the collecting attempts, People such as myself who have been making monthly payments for a vast amount of time and NEVER cam close to being 30 days behind should absolutely be left alone unless and until they cross out of the 30 days threshold with payment submittal. Then and only then do I agree collection attempts are warranted. Because of the in my opinion- flawed collection practices, at the end of the agreement, no further business between myself and Aarons will take place. After all, despite what language is dictated within the agreement, a debt does not become a delinquent debt unless and until the funds due and owing go beyond 30 days due and owing.

I wish I could give lower than one star. My feiancee got her computer from there and it had some issue with the motor and the fan, So, we sent it in for repairs since we are still paying for the thing. They told us it would take about a week and 4 days which is fine. When we got it bacm and after we got home we opened it up we noticed something odd. There was some scratching on the screen and it looked kinda funny. Ok. That's fine. A little scuffed. Nothing too serious but it wasn't till we charged it and turned the thing on we found out the screen and pixels were shattered beyond repair. Not only did they give us a broke laptop back but they had the audacity to tell us it was fixed and worked fine. What the hell type of customer service is that? Bunch of stupid moronic monkeys working there.

I would give this store a 0 if I could. Put in an order on 3rd of September, said 5 business days to deliver. On sept 20th had to call and try to speak with a manager to see where my order was as I hadn't heard anything. Store manager is never available apparently, as I had to speak to his Assistant who told me it was all ready to go and would be there on Saturday only to call today and be told my application isn't even processed! What a joke! I will be calling corporate to discuss, but stay away and use rent-a-center.

Spent 1100 on a bed dressor and nightstand. The matierial of my child's bed is tearing on a portion of tge bottom of the trundle bed. This place is telling me there is nothing they can do about it when the product is fully paid for only if I were leasing... sad. On top of that I have called monthly asking for a manager they took the msg and never returned the call. I have yet to finish furniture supplies in my home. Guess who won't get another red cent?

Aarons made an unauthorized withdrawal from my account. I tried to speaking with the manager Rico, advising not to ever do this again because it was unauthorized. Never had this kind of issue with previous management. I am reporting this action and will never do business with them again.
