I have Over 40 inbound container and 50 outbound with this warehouse.
I have came across multiple problems, the owner fail acknowledge and correct his mistakes.

Inbound shipment went smooth as butter. All problems started when we wanted to get our stuff out of the warehouse.
All outbound shipment have to follow by warehouse order list, no option for me to move out my urgent shipments ahead of all .

warehouse only have one dock available for outbound shipments and They only go by appointments but unfortunately appointment time never worked out.

We have trucker arrive @ appointment time and there is over 1-2 hour wait til trucker start being loaded.
we end up ending having trucker arrive 30-60 minutes ahead of their appointment there is also 1-2 hours wait til start loading.
out of 50 shipments 90 minutes wait are average.

The warehouse operate more like FCFS. In incidents warehouse worker/ owner will let other trailer cut the line ahead.

Warehouse will hold certain amount of shipments til full payment for storage is made in order to proceed moving the rest, which is understandable.
But Right after we made the full payment, the amount of outbound shipment gets cut and limited.
80 degrees attitude change from the owner. commodity are not wrap/ palletized properly and causing damage.
owner stop responding emails when we ask for him to do a physical check at the warehouse making sure nothing is left behind.

overall experience is very poor.
