My appointment was at 8am, broker call me at 6am to get there before 8am because they are very strict for appointments. I checked in at 7.50am and they said my appointment is at 9.30am. They gave me a dock and asked me to wait,till that it’s fine but after even 9.30 they make me to sit for lot of hours. Appointment, wow what a joke these guys spoiled my whole day miss my next appointment. Will never come back here

Employees had an attitude because I came in through the front door. Well you should lock it if you do not want anyone to enter through that door. Also you need to mark which door is the driver entrance.

I had a very bad experience with their repair services, I had them calibrate my PM-2-LG Laser and I was doing a vertical install on a subway tile backsplash and I was trusting in my laser until my superintendent called me on it. I called Hilti back to see if they could fix it, they said I would need to pay again. I didn’t use the laser until weeks after I had gotten it fixed, I don’t want to risk paying again to have it not work again. I ran a big job with this laser and it let me down big time.

You need more workers here and with energy… don’t waste driver’s time .
Here is no management …. Need more worker here and active workers .
