Very baad and lazy staaf they don’t know how to speak always take 2/3 hours for unloading i am here 6/7 times but always same problem there is no zero star option otherwise i gave them zero

From what it seems to get unloaded is a breeze but for them to load you you'll be waiting 2+ hours. Not worth it I am a flatbed driver my time is limited an tarping the load takes time! I'll pass on this place in the future thats for sure! Truck drivers deserve respect an that you wont get that here! If my wheels aren't turning im not getting paid an that is not right when some 21 year old kid making $15s an hour has control over this! If the industry continues like this us all as a country are gonna get the short end of the stick. Thank you for wasting my time. You'll only do it one time!!!

Avoid picking from this yard Carlos the morning supervisor has a power complex and will try to enforce his will. They loaded my trailer with the wrong load and put the wrong info on the vol and then tried to blame me get a grip on your facility. Also this facility doesn’t comply with business laws pertaining masks they have employees wearing there mask improperly that complain if you don’t wear one.

My appointment was at 11 but there was such a nice guy I don’t know his name he did help me and gave me door before my appointment and they unload in 15 minutes.one more thing when I came out I got turn right there was DOT at arch rd please careful specially Thursday
