I was expecting nightmares when I read reviews here. Packet took 4 days to clear customs and arrived 2 days later. I think no one reviews unless they have problems. Just want to level the playing field. I had no issues whatsoever and timely service. Very satisfied.

I ordered something for my family on march 8 it gets to the isc of Chicago march 14 it’s march 26 still there and I already felt nervous when it arrived there cause look at the reviews feel like there stealing packages and getting away with it we need better service

I had my wedding tuxedo sent from japan to the states February 26th and it is now march 28th. My package arrived at this facility on MARCH 1st with no movement. I've called 5 times and left messages each time with my name number and the package tracking number and not even a single call back. I put in a missing mail search and no search was initiated in over a week so far. Im pretty sure these guys are blatantly stealing valuable items. Thanks to chicago international I have to stress even more about my wedding because I have to rent a suit that may not fit my wedding color scheme. This place needs investigated immediately for thieves.

My mail got stuck here, it was a very important document. All my plans were ruined because of the lack of seriousness of these workers, it was a fast delivery, paid for it, now look, it's still there, and today is February 22 3:11. How can I get through to them? I hope the higher officials will pay attention and put serious people to work there. Look at the ratings, 1.2 is just a disgrace.
