The WORST service department of any Cadillac Dealership. I bought my Escalade at this place brand new. Every time I drop off my car there for repairs there is absolutely ZERO communication from the service department. This time around Mr. SHIV the service manager has not responded to a single call or text from me. It’s been 7 days that my car is in the dealership and I still don’t know when will I get it, or where in the repair process is the car. When I go to Vera Cadillac the service manager Conrad is in constant communication and he replies back to me every time. I also called the manager of Ed Morse Cadillac Service Department one time and complained that Shiv is not communicating and returning my calls and he also tried to connect me with SHiV but failed to reach him.
I am not sure what happened to the concept of Customer Service at this dealership but I can assure that it does not exist here. If I were you I would stay away from this place.
If you are too busy with other clients and don’t have time or then you should have told me so when I brought the car in and I would have happily gone somewhere else. But now I am sitting here wondering when my car will be ready and no one to communicate to?

Posting gain because I was lied to by the service director BOB VICCICA. I have called and called several times with no response from service or sales. Have the text messages to prove it . So a good 10 days had passed, and no one responded, so I went somewhere and got my brand new when purchased 2022 xt5 transmission repaired. It completely gave out . Bob Viccica had reached out and told me to bring the car in. Please keep in mind it had been two weeks already, so I went and had the car transmission replaced elsewhere. BOB VICCICA at first told me that I did not call , then to call me back 30 minutes later apologizing, saying he did see that I called several times. BOB VICCICA ( service director) said he WOULD REIMBURSE ME HALF OF THE TOTAL BILL BECAUSE OF EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED. Guess what !!! I sent him the invoice today for him to respond back that he is NOT GOING TO REIMBURSE ME . Bob had no intention of ever reimbursing me. He is full of it . The lack of care and empathy from this dealership is unacceptable. This was literally a brand new car, no alterations, and no hauling for the transmission to fail !!!!! BOB VICCICA should not be the service director since what he did was dishonest and dishonorable. I WILL NEVER EVER COME TO THIS DEALERSHIP OR BUY A CADILLAC AGAIN. To think I was going to delete my previous review because they were going to REIMBURSE half . This place will gaslight you and not honor anything that they say they will do . DO NOT TRUST BOB VICCICA
HE BOLD FACED LIED TO ME . DO better , Cadillac , seriously do better . I am very disappointed with this whole experience. Can't believe I had this experience, especially with a luxury car dealership such as Cadillac. BAD MANAGEMENT/ DIRECTOR .

When I first arrived, we couldn't find the service rep that was assigned to me, and even though I asked other reps for help they were dismissive and annoyed. After having to wait 13 minutes for someone to assist me I was a bit frustrated. However, after being helped by Steven, he apologized for the wait and explained to me the reason for the wait and took care of me rather quickly and efficiently. We were satisfied with him as our service agent and pleased with his level of professionalism.

The key to having an excellent service experience is having a trusted and same service advisor every time your vechicle is in for service. I am fortunate to have "Scott" as my service advisor for many years. He has the experience of starting as a technician in the service center and graduating to an advisor. His experience and straight advise is invaluable. Also keeping your vechicle regularly maintained at the dealership is a key to not having serious problems down the road.

Everyone is beyond amazing at this location. Todd the Service Manager is pleasant and gets everything fix right away. Others in the Service department were professional and very helped my issue right away.
