We recently purchased a new home in Orange Beach and discovered through our inspection report that the moisture barrier under the house needed replacement. Since we live out of state, we were unfamiliar with the process, which made us a bit anxious. Thankfully, a local friend recommended Paul Davis, and I also reached out to another highly-rated company I found online for estimates.

From the start, Ana at Paul Davis was incredibly helpful, scheduling our estimate quickly. Mitchell, the technician who came out, was thorough—he suited up and crawled under the house with a camera to assess the situation. He took the time to explain the process, suggest solutions, and provided a clear plan, all without any pressure. By the next morning, we had a detailed estimate, a drawing of our bathroom, photos of the mold-prone areas, and a clear outline of the work that needed to be done.

In contrast, the other company we consulted didn’t provide anything close to this level of detail. The technician simply looked under the house, made a general assessment, and mentioned other potential issues we might have with mold in our a/c unit (of course). It was immediately clear to us that, if the pricing was comparable, Paul Davis would be our choice—and we were thrilled to find that their estimate was actually lower.

On the day of the work, we were kept well-informed with updates on the workers’ arrival time. The team that showed up was professional, friendly, and worked efficiently. They were also careful to keep everything clean. Once the job was finished, they walked us through the work and made sure we were completely satisfied. We also received follow-up calls from Ana and Mitchell to ensure we had no further questions and were happy with the job.

In a world where customer service often falls short, it was a pleasure to work with such a professional and courteous team. We highly recommend Paul Davis for any restoration needs.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough! They responded immediately to our call! Mitchell had an action plan in place and was already taking steps to mitigate any damage to our home within the hour. He is incredibly precise, attentive, efficient, and thorough. We are in Texas, and had 100% trust and confidence in this team to handle everything for us. Mitchell called daily with updates, he emailed pictures, and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. Highly recommend this company for any water leaks or flooding issues. I walked into my house and noticed it was flooding. Turned off my water and panicked looking for someone to help ASAP. I called one company in Foley and they gave me some crazy high estimate which I turned down. I then called Paul Davis and the receptionist Lyndsey got me some help ASAP. A tech by the name of Chris came out and did a fantastic job and was extremely polite and friendly. I would invite him into my home any day. He was concerned as if it was his families house. You will not find another company better than this one. I’ll save the number but hopefully not need help again lol but if I do I’ll know who to call. I recommend Chris if you do call for help.
