A toilet overflowed in an upstairs bathroom and flooding the bathroom and into the den downstairs. My son used the wet vac and got all the water up downstairs and the water upstairs . He also mop the bathroom and den. When I saw the damage to my rugs, Sheetrock and floors I was so sick. Serve Pro came in, moved almost all the furniture into a pod and cut out most of the wet Sheetrock , wet ceiling and all the bathroom floor tile. Then they mopped the floor and cleaned up any mess. They sprayed a disinfectant and set up fans and dehumidifiers up in the den and upstairs to remove any wet or damp area. After 48 hours he then tested the areas to make sure no water was left. Very courteous and professional! Very pleased with their work!!!

Although they were significantly involved with other customers as a result of a major storm, they were able to get over the following morning to initiate the water mitigation process. It took approximately a week to complete. They stopped by each day to check progress, make adjustments as necessary and communication was solid each day.

The managers on site James and Shane explained all the damages and necessary precautions to make sure more damages do not occur.
